This is a self-assessment questionnaire which will generate a board report on general POPIA compliancy of your company related to physical security systems

This questionnaire looks at the information officer, manuals and privacy statements, and physical security technology and data.

The questionnaire is not too long or complicated and takes about 5-10 minutes to complete

Details about your information officer

If the officer is registered you will need the registration number and certificate

Knowledge of your POPIA and Privacy manuals
