SECURITY SYSTEM POPIA QUESTIONNAIRE

This is a self-assessment questionnaire which will generate a board report on the POPIA compliancy of a specific security system

• It looks at the method of data collection, if prior authorization is required, security measures and data hosting.
• The questionnaire is quite extensive and asks probing questions
• It takes between 15-30 minutes to complete

You will need the following information to complete the questionnaire:

• Detailed knowledge of the security system your are assessing,
• Detailed knowledge of how data is collected and shared, and the involvement of 3rd parties and systems.
